Inline filters

FIPA inline filters protect vacuum generators, such as ejectors, from dust particles and liquids ending up in the vacuum system through the vacuum cup or other components. FIPA inline filters are available as plug-in filters, ring filters and disposable filters.

FIPA offers filters for feed ejectors in two different ranges. Series 71.012 – 71.016 filters with a 10 µ filter cartridge for separating fine particles are mounted on the ejector compressed air inlet. Series 71.017 – 71.0121 filters are installed behind the ejector as a separating and collection vessel for the transport goods.

Ring filters are mounted between the vacuum cup and ejector. Plug-in filters are designed for mounting in hoses and pipes. The filter cartridges are quick to replace and thus minimise maintenance times.

FIPA disposable filters are particularly suitable if the level of soiling is low.
