3D Printing.
Did you know that in less than 20 years one in two industrial products will be printed in 3D? In order to bet on future technology and open another window of opportunity for its customers, Fluidotronica presents a new service: 3D printing.
3D printers, once considered a technology of the distant future, have come to transform the way objects are made. They allow you to print just about anything your mind can imagine: from auto parts to architectural prototypes, through clothing and footwear, prosthetics or utensils and toys. This solution is the door to a new path where everything that comes out of the printer is 100% customizable. CONTACT US TO KNOW BETTER THIS SERVICE!
The great advantages of this technology are their precision in design and production, the lower cost of producing a single piece or prototype, as well as their immediate customization capabilities.
Fluidotronica has a 3D printer available that is based on the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing process, that is, fusion and deposition modeling. This is the most common and simplest method, which is addition printing, where multiple 2D layers are printed on top of each other until a 3D model is formed. Filaments are used that are molded to form the desired object. With this technology it is possible to build strong, durable and dimensionally stable parts with better accuracy and repeatability than any other 3D printing technology.
The resolution of printed parts will always depend on the thickness of each layer. The smaller it is, the higher the final resolution will be and the less imperfections will be presented in the final object.
