The DTS Belt Driven Track Systems, developed on the basis of HepcoMotion's PRT, is designed to be incorporated into uninterrupted positioning or a delicate assembly machine. This range contains a set of carriages around an oval or rectangular circuit with a virtually unlimited straight length. MEET THE FEATURES OF THIS RANGE.

HepcoMotion’s Belt Driven Track Systems are a complete package incorporating drive pulleys and belts together with all the ancillary mechanical parts needed to make a system. Carriages are generally fitted to the drive belt with an ingenious trip latch mechanism that disengages and prevents damage in the event of system overload. A geared motor or index unit can be simply fixed to the drive pulley. The belt driven track system is available with two sizes of slide section (25mm and 44mm).

The DTS range utilizes oval and rectangular track systems and provides actuation via a high tensile strength toothed belt. Movement can be continuous or intermittent to meet customer needs. The carriages are often fixed to the timing belt at equal pitch lengths, and in the event that the carriage path is impeded, it is disengaged from the unit.
