K-Ducer is an Intelligent Screwing System with torque and angle control.
It is the ideal tool for your production line.
Kolver's new Class A transducerized intelligent assembly system shows how a tool can improve assembly operations in line with Industry 4.0 standards.
This tool consists of a state-of-the-art controller and a line of fixed and portable electric screwdrivers with torque up to 15 Nm.
The new angle model also provides immediate feedback on each tightening process, meaning it is quickly possible to check whether the part is properly tightened or not. KDS screwdrivers work in combination with KDU control units to gather, analyse and process detailed assembly information. With a built-in transducer, it can continuously read the torque and position of the screw and then send the collected data to the KDU controller for analysis.
