PLUTO precision power screwdrivers: pistol, inline or fixture mount for up to M6.

PLUTO® (PLUs TOrque) screwdrivers represent a real revolution in the assembly market. Totally designed and manufactured in Europe by KOLVER, PLUTO® tools can reach 50 Nm with a repeatability of +/-5% with a unique electronic torque control system.

Priced at the same level as obsolete air tools, PLUTO® screwdrivers are the cost effective powerful solution to help you stay several steps ahead of your competition.

Available with pistol, inline or fixture mount style for manual or automated applications up to M6. Fully electronic torque control system, manually set by a dial on the controller (EDU2AE or EDU2AE/HPro), to shut the tool off automatically once the preset torque is reached. See EDU Control Unit page for details. Available in SR version PLUTO20CA (20 Nm), PLUTO35CA (35 Nm) and PLUTO50CA (50 Nm) screwdrivers: with start and reverse buttons on the aluminium body. Torque & Angle models are also available, see T&A page for details.

Kolver's experience with current control technology has also led to the creation of MITO and NATO series: truly accurate current controlled, low torque electric screwdrivers.

MITO and NATO series are perfect for your low torque assembly:
- torque range from 1 Ncm to 1,5 Nm
- extremely accurate
- compact ergonomic design: available in handheld ESD-safe housing (inline or pistol grip) and aluminium body for automation
- also available with torque and angle control (see TA models)

IMPORTANT: Continuous use over 80% of torque range is not recommended.
